Russian forces conducted a series of drone strikes against Ukraine on the night of July 22 to 23.
Ukraine will NOT receive the Patriots announced by Trump until spring 2026, – Spiegel.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russian forces launched 71 Shahed-type strike drones and decoy drones from the directions of Kursk City; Millerovo, Rostov Oblast; Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Krai; and occupied Cape Chauda, Crimea.[90] The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Ukrainian forces downed 27 drones and that 18 drones were "lost" or suppressed by Ukrainian EW systems. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that 26 drones hit 14 unspecified locations and that drone debris fell in five unspecified locations. Ukrainian officials reported that Russian drones struck civilian and energy infrastructure in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, and Sumy oblasts.[91] Ukrainian Air Force reported that Ukrainian forces downed 27 drones and that 18 drones were "lost" or suppressed by Ukrainian EW systems
