Emmanuel and Brigitte Macron Sue Candace Owens For Defamation [1]

In today's entertaining news of the weird, President and First Lady Macron of France have sued antisemite Moon landing denier MAGA bloggist Candace Owens for defamation regarding Owens' claims that Brigitte Macron was born a man. You can read the complaint HERE.
They allege defamation per se as Owens accused the Macrons of identity theft, fraud and murder. Owens is on record as stating: “I would stake my entire professional reputation on the fact that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man.” Owens will now be able to play for those stakes and more.
The Macrons responded with a demand for retraction. Instead Owens doubled down with an eight part podcast entitled "Becoming Brigitte." In it Owens alleged that Mr. and Mrs. Macron are "blood relatives" committing incest. Owens claimed First Lady Macron was born male and stole her sister's identity to become Brigitte. Owens claimed Brigitte abandoned her born name of her brother (Jean-Michael) and took the name of her sister (who never existed). Owens suggests the original Brigitte was murdered.
Owens suggests the original Brigitte Trogneux was murdered, to allow the transitioning to Brigitte, Jean-Michael to take that identity. Alas, there remains to this day Brigitte's brother, Jean-Michael, which could not be true if she were him.
The lawsuit includes pictures of First Lady Macron's 1953 birth announcement and pictures of her with her family as a child, to include herself with her older brother Jean-Michael (see above picture).
There is also the detail that First Lady Macron has given birth to three children. Owens claims that too has been faked, though the children are real and records of their births indisputable.
The lawsuit points out that Mrs. Macron has already won two defamation cases against people who made similar allegations. However, that was in French court. In the United States, as public figures the Macrons will face the daunting actual malice standard for defamation. We will see if they can overcome that.
