Lee is ecstatic that Jerome Powell resigned from his job as Chairman of the Federal Reserve.

But Powell didn’t resign. The letter is a fake.

Here’s how anyone with half a brain could tell. Powell’s resignation would be headline news all over. There’d be stories in all media, a reaction in the stock and bond markets. Everyone would be talking about it.

That didn’t happen.

Or, Senator Mike Lee might look at the letter. Hm. How could he possibly know it was a fake?

Nah. No way to tell.
