"Low key KKK rally." Mehdi Hasan debate on Jubilee w/young right wingers infected with "Millerism" [1]

You may be aware of a debate that Mehdi Hasan had on Jubilee with 20 far right conservatives. “Far right” is an understatement, they identify as fascists.
It was recorded a few weeks ago, but dropped on Sunday.
For those of us “oldsters” Jubilee describes itself as a “middle ground community, provoking understanding & creating human connection.” To create that understanding and connection they hold debates. They’ve had; 1 Conservative vs 20 Feminists (Ft. Candace Owens) , 20 Trump Supporters Take on 1 Progressive (feat. Sam Seder) , 1 Atheist vs 25 Christians (feat. Alex O'Connor) , Leftist vs Liberal vs Conservative vs MAGA [featuring Adam (Mockler) the liberal, Luke the conservative, Naima the leftist, and Chandler the MAGA] , 1 Democrat vs 25 Trump Voters (Feat. Destiny) , Jordan Peterson vs 20 Atheists , Can 1 Pro-Lifer Survive 25 Pro-Abortion Activists? (feat. Lila Rose) , and much much more.
Mehdi participated in their Surrounded forum (they also have Ranking, Odd One Out, Middle Ground and Spectrum formats). Surrounded is where one person debates several of the 20-25 people sitting in chairs around them. To get into the debate chair they have to be the first to the chair, then they get 20 minutes (maybe) to debate. If the a majority of the group thinks you’re doing a bad job they will raise their flags and someone else can race to the chair to replace the debater.
In a way it is what Tim Miller described as the “modern gladiators,” and Jubilee is popular with GenZ and teenagers.
As Mehdi put it “Not the kind of audience that watches political content on the Bulwark or Zeteo. (it’s a) very young audience, worth reaching out to. . . So I was surprised, to put it mildly, when the quote, unquote, Trump supporters I thought I was debating actually just came out and said no, no, we’re fascists, we’re racists.” (3rd video below)
One of the guys Mehdi debated and is highlighted in the 3rd video below (at around 2:18. The whole thing is in the 1st video at around 21:50) lost his job. You may have seen this post on Facebook:

I remember our hope that the younger generation was turning more liberal but these young adults, on the right are alarming. The Steven Miller ethos seems to be infecting our younger generation (Millerism). Which is to say they are turning more fascist, more authoritarian, more nazi.
Mehdi came away more than just a little bit alarmed.
It was the friend Mehdi brought as a body guard, who said afterward, “That was not a tv recording. That felt more like a low key KKK rally.”
Many liberals on Bluesky are upset with Hasan for platforming these Millerites. But as Mehdi said Jubilee is a massive platform and he understands their issues with that, but these people exist and maybe its time to show up and mock them.
I haven’t finished watching the whole almost 2 hours of the debate. I can only take it in small chunks. But for the sake of the future of our country we should know what animates these “kids” to deradicalize them.

Hasan believes that there has been far too much denialism as to the size of this group (groypers) , “It’s a significant chunk. And it’s growing online.”
People need to see this stuff.
