Welcome! This evening, I’m starting off with chef and James Beard Award winner Pati Jinich, whose cooking series always air on PBS stations. This episode features two of Pati’s mole recipes.

In this episode of “Pati’s Mexican Table,” Pati Jinich learns how an Oaxacan cook makes Chilchilo, a black mole sauce, then returns to her own kitchen to demonstrate how to make two mole recipes.
