ICE Disappears American Citizen Disabled Veteran (Edit: Recent Updates) [1]

ICE has disappeared an American citizen and disabled veteran. His name is George Retes. He works as a security guard in Camarillo California.
You may have heard about Thursday ICE raid on a legal marijuana farm in that area that detained over 200 people. As tensions mounted between ICE and protesters witnesses say Retes tried to drive away. Apparently believing he was a protester ICE agents smashed his car window, pepper sprayed and then threw the disabled veteran to the ground and detained him.
That was Thursday. His family still has not been able to locate him and they have been calling everybody.
I’ll be posting updates if Retes is located.
UPDATE
This was posted on Twitter by a Fox News guy at about 3:30 pm ET July 13th. I have not been able to find any corroboration for it.
ADDITIONAL UPDATE
The Federal Prison database on a search I did at about 6:45 pm ET July 13th has him located located at the Los Angeles MDC with an “unknown” release date. This would appear to contradict Matt Finn’s report above.
