AOC is in the House, Bernie is in the Senate. We have leadership in both parts of Congress that draw bigger crowds than Trump at his peak. They are the leaders of the movement of rallies that became #NoKings and what is coming in the next set of first amendment re-enactments. Not protests or demonstrations….we are the historical re-enactors now (cue “Captain Phillips” meme, the right uses memes, we should as well, social media is media whether you engage or not, you should engage in only one type of social media until Democracy returns to America.)
Historical re-enactors sharing our re-creations on social media. Your “deactivated” Facebook account is full of social connections, the algorithm thrives off new. Be a Lazarus account to your social media places.
You already have the trojan horses inside the social networks. They are flooding the zone with garbage and flooding our rivers with dead bodies. We should flood social media with our historical re-enactments.
Crispus Attucks was a mixed race person of indigenous heritage….we are being historically accurate, not inclusive with the flags we carry. Wear funny tri-cornball hats like the tea party did a decade ago. Make signs talking about coffee and Brazilian things. Did you know Stephen Miller’s wife (who might be having an affair with Elon Musk) once had a Brazilian bikini wax? Don’t care if it’s Steven or Stephen, he doesn’t matter enough for me to learn that. Stephen Miller is Gríma Wormtongue, he will be forgotten by history, I don’t need to bother learning more about him than absolutely required.
It's not tabloid if its true, next 1st Amendment historical re-enactments are next weekend….I’m sure clever people can make clever signs and costumes with this accurate information about a true event that happened. Be your local Upton Sinclair in your local Jungle, it’s how we ended the last Gilded Age. Make it Carnival but Patriotic. Show support for Brazil, let Sefton Delmer be our guide in the darkness. They are cartoon villains, make signs showing them as such.
Social media content as signs. Use those art skills. Be “extra” with the artistry. Ornate and baroque. Classical religious villains with dark ages imagery would also be good. The German leader was a painter….they can’t make fun of your art degree in this moment.
Unlike the Confederate Losers, we wont confine our historical re-enactments to obscure rural fields. Everyday re-enactments are coming. Did you forget how this nation was founded? Tea had a party, but coffeehouses started the fires that removed Cromwell and made the Puritans run away like scared babies to burn witches in America instead.
Those losers ran away from the English Civil Wars after being losers overseas.
These people always lose, their ideas are backwards and dumb.
“Mt. Weather” Caucus Leadership in both houses that acts how leadership needs to act. Republicans and their circus have shown leadership can be replaced on the fly….let’s send a message to the American people and start by cleaning our own house.
If you think my idea is impossible, we already have the interstate election vote compact. Democrats have a widely-endorsed political mechanism to replace an existing outdated structure.
AOC and Bernie should use that pressure point.
Simply state that the new Caucus will replace the existing leadership once enough members sign on. Endorse local candidates as members of that new Caucus to force leadership from both sides, national and local.
Once enough members are part of this new Caucus, call a vote of no confidence and replace the Democratic Neville Chamberlains with Winston Churchhill-types. Even in the minority they can hold hearings.
AOC in the House. Bernie in the Senate.
The puzzle pieces are all in place, we just have to finish putting together the picture on the history box.
Trump is the deep state now, we need an emergency structure to survive.
