The 1890s German Mystical Reason for MAGA Gym-bro Culture Today [1]

I’ve been inspired lately to share more about a specialist area of history that I’ve been focused on for a couple of decades. German religious beliefs in the 1890s-1910s. The world that would have raised the German dictator. The intersection of Nordic paganism and supremely conservative Catholic dogma that became “Positive Christianity”, the official state religion of the Third Reich. The fusion of extreme Prussian militarism and rural Austrian farming cultures.
I’ve been sharing my personal story of trauma to share more of this dark side of German history and how it intersects with American support for Fascism prior to Pearl Harbor.
America was very divided in the 1930s, it’s been glossed over because of the “good war”, but there was sabotage at gunpowder plants, machine guns stolen from army bases, plots to hang movie stars, and so much more. Charles Lindbergh was awful, what he did WITH his fame should be better known than HOW he got famous.
Jon Stewart is an expert on this history and I didn't even realize it until re-watching the Robin Williams film “Death To Smoochy”. That scene with Edward Norton playing guitar in front of the swastiska banner was based on a Republican US Senator from Minnesota, Ernest Lundeen. The “America First Party” founded by Gerald L.K. Smith was funded by Nazi agents.
We had a Sedition Trial in the 1940s. Los Angeles and San Diego military people took part, then went to war in the Pacific. The reason the racial hatred was so extreme in Japan is because it allowed the racists to focus on Asian people instead of Jews. It was the “Good War”, they were the “greatest generation”….weren't they?
America was a bystander because there were people in elected office sabotaging the will of the people, just like today. Actual paid Nazi collaborators to match our paid Russian collaborators of today.

Hitler not only inherited an organization founded by Aryan occultists, but he was influenced by policies that had their origin among Ariosophists. From 1905 to 1916 Lanz von Liebenfels published a magazine, Ostara (the name of the pagan Goddess of Spring). Goodrick-Clarke establishes that during his early years in Vienna, Hitler met with Lanz a number of times to obtain back issues of Ostara and discuss Lanz's theories on race (this discovery is not original to Goodrick-Clarke and has been mentioned by Hitler biographers including Joachim Fest.) Lanz wrote articles for Ostara advocating polygamy for racially pure Aryan men and sterilization of non-Aryans-both policies put into practice by the Third Reich. Lanz also explicitly called for the deportation and extermination of all non-Aryans living in Germany. Thus it is possible that the idea of the Final Solution was first planted in Hitler's mind by occultist who believed the Germans were the Chosen People and Jesus was an Aryan.
Sound familiar to Andrew Tate and other “mano-sphere influencers”? Strong alpha males gets lots of women, betas get what they deserve. Take what’s yours, only the pure get rewards. Same message but using a different language to appeal to religious Germans in the 1890s.
The history of polygamy in the Mormon church deserves a special side note here. Early Mormon beliefs supported theft from non-Mormons. Non-Mormons responded by killing cattle rustlers. Mormons lacked men, so polygamy was the solution to keep the community pure. You couldn't have outsiders with impure beliefs. This goes back to the era of Mormonism in Indiana and Ohio valley regions.
The Mormon Trail, that religious persecution? It was because they didn’t have respect for the property of others. Also did you know that if you are REALLY good in Mormonism you get a super special version of eternity where you are the God of your own planet? Ex-Mormons can back me up on this one.
Related to the Mormon Trail is the hidden history of the Oregon Trail. Why are there so many white supremacist groups in Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington? It was also the Civil War Losers Trail, as we see with the grandchildren of the southern civil rights era today….the grandchildren of the Civil War era probably didn't become moderates. Their family history goes back to losers of the south, not struggling foreign immigrants. Traitors not icons.
Many people fled west for opportunity, many fled west to re-create their worldview far from government or even public oversight. Wyatt Earp was an anti-hero, not a good guy.
The conspiracy people want conspiracies? Let’s give them the real ones to investigate for us, use the phrase “hidden history” when telling a MAGA person something new. It flips a different psychological switch in their brain. “Hidden history” implies its being kept secret for nefarious reasons, trivia is for the left brain….hidden history is for the right brain.
Propaganda is just human psychology used on a massive scale, use psychology locally to counter propaganda nationally.
