Great YouTube Video on “Fighting Fascism in America” by the Ripple Effect Institute - worth a look [1]

We need crucial information, primers, examples on how to mount an effective resistance to trump and the rising fascist state.
To support this, I’m Posting this YouTube video from Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin from the Ripple Effects institute (REI) on Fighting Fascism Right Now.
I’m not associated with them any way, I stumbled on this and think it’s worth sharing. I did did not find any posts on the REI here, and I believe they are on the level – I’m still working on vetting them. If anyone has any positive/negative info on them please share. But this video has good content and worth a watch.
I’ve been asked before to provide outlines of the videos, so there a very high level outline of her content. It’s my outline, so any mistakes are my own.
Fascism is here, not waiting for us to get it together
We need Strategy and not Panic
We need organization and leadership

You may be overwhelmed in resisting, and this by design

About doing what you’re most effective with others
Do strategic organizing
Need to do relationships building

Leadership that centers sustainability – you’re the builder

You can’t do it alone
Win through tactical local action- lesson from 2024 election
Need to get directly involved on the local level
We all have internal skill sets – and you need to put them in service
Use your skills for justice aims

Fascism is not waiting, neither are we
Fair warning, there is a bit of a commercial, and I’m not sure how they get funded/paid. But she seems to offer very valuable resistance training and support which I’m sure we can all benefit from.
This also hits on themes I hammer on all the time – we’re like a herd of excited cats – lots of drive and effort, but it’s not organization and there is no overall vision, mission, strategy, and workable objectives to achieve HUGE change. She speaks on this in the video.
