I train as Wilderness First Responder (1st aid on steroids w/ limited gear), 1st Aid for the Professional, FEMA Community Emergency Response Team & Search & Rescue.

EMERGENCY response is inherently inefficient. Retraining, supply expiration, Operating not on a regular schedule & often having crisis scenarios with totally ineffective tools available.

Downsizing EMERGENCY response to local entities will cause incompatibilities between groups, less ability to buy in volume resources & require unecessary duplication of resources.
