I don’t know if people are watching and wanted to add in the comments about some of the grand tirade that is happening currently. When does the house want to recess to get “home for July 4”? Can we foil the July 4 victory parade? Go dems! Kicking Ass!
Still talking, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) took a moment to mock another of his Republican colleagues.
“In New York’s 21st congressional district, currently represented by Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R), approximately 44,000 New Yorkers will lose their health care,” Jeffries said of the effects of the bill.
Earlier in the year, Stefanik had been Trump’s nominee to serve as United Nations ambassador but was ultimately pulled over concerns over the Republicans’ narrow House majority.
“Welcome back to Congress,” Jeffries added. “I’m sorry it did not work our for you. That’s a lesson that should be learned by all those who pledge fealty to the wannabe king.”
