It’s official Zohran Mamdani will be the Democratic nominee for New York Mayor this November. The final results are in for the NYC Mayor Primary, Mamdani wins by 12 beating sexual predator Andrew Cuomo 56-44. From the New York City Board of Elections:

This November Mamdani will face off against 4 other candidates:
Eric Adams: the incumbent mayor who campaigned in 2021 as a former police officer promising to reduce crime—and four years later, he’s the criminal he ran against: a federal corruption indictment, ongoing investigations into his administration, a string of high-profile resignations, record-low approval ratings and he aligned himself with President Trump. Andrew Cuomo: the former governor and attorney general who resigned in disgrace 2021 amid a dozen accusations of sexual harassment . Jim Walden: an anti-vaxx former prosecutor who’s mad at the city’s congestion tolls. Curtis Sliwa: the Republican nominee, wingnut talk show host, a perpetual candidate, Trump supporter, and founder of the American brownshirts Guardian Angels.
