Good morning, everyone.

So the Repubs got their wish last night. Their budget bill got 51 votes.
I knew Hawley was never going to vote no. Of course Collins caved in the end. Murkowski was the real disappointment. I don’t know how she can justify this to her voters. She knows small town hospitals are going to close permanently. People are going to die.
I live in a rural area in Wisconsin. Actually, it’s more like the north woods. I wonder what’s going to happen to my local clinic and hospital. My county’s only pharmacy is also in that hospital. Am I going to have to be driven 35 miles to the nearest Walmart just to pick up my ADHD meds? This medical transport company is not at all reliable.
Sorry, but I’m just not in the mood to write about anything more upbeat.
