Stock Market is a friend of Diversity (Final Entry) [1]

I know it’s a hard sell, but I will make one last pitch about the Stock Market.
Which countries play the Stock Market? US has the largest Stock Market. But other major players are Japan, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, Brazil and India. Free nations play the Stock Market because it’s more profitable than creating money through dictatorships (non-free countries). And the US Stock Market is one of the most Liberal stock exchanges in the world. More people in the US, of various income levels, sexual orientation, race, religion, political views, play the Stock Market because it’s the best way to create income for retirement beyond Social Security. Individuals of any means in our country can earn wealth through the stock exchange. Very few individuals who reside in Authoritarian countries can do this. In this sense, the Stock Market helps keep us Liberal. Helps keep us free.
There are tens of millions of Liberal investors in our country. Like they say: “Money gives you a voice at the table”. As long as Liberals and Progressives are allowed to play the market alongside Conservatives, we will always have a voice in the future of this country.
I bring up the Stock Market often because Democrats shouldn’t view it as our enemy. The Stock Market has been a tremendous Allie when Democratic Presidents are in charge. Three out of four of the top stock gaining Presidents in our country are Democrats (Obama, Clinton, Biden). The lone Republican is Trump. And let’s look at how these three Presidents started off in their administrations. Clinton had to clean up a recession from the previous Republican President. Obama reversed a very bad recession into the best Stock Market gains in this country's history at the time. And Biden had to reside over a rare pandemic that threatened not only our lives, but the business world too. In his first two years there was very little economic growth. However, in his last two years the markets exploded upward. At the end of his Presidency, Biden had the fourth largest stock gains in our nation's history. Now looking at Trumps first year. The economy was already great from the Obama Presidency. Trump didn’t have any barriers to climb. He had nothing to clean up. He essentially spring boarded off of Obama’s success.
In closing, the Stock Market is very much part of our lives. And it doesn’t matter whether a Republican or a Democrat is the President. Progressive voices will always be heard, thanks, in part, to the Stock Market. Innovation occurs from free people's investment in their government and the Stock Market. All innovations that make our life easier today come from free nations. Authoritarian governments cannot innovate (no free-thinking ideas to invest in), so they must borrow innovation from free countries.
