Good morning, beloved Newdists. Hope you all are doing well, and taking care of yourselves. When regressing half a century into the past, self care is really important. Don’t forget to hydrate as you side-eye the teevee, and keep your hands on the wheel, as you surf the podcasts.
Apologies about my total absence in dairy last week. I took a nap on the couch, waiting for 10:30am my time, and totally zonked out. When I awoke, it was 3:00. 🤦 🤷
