Borrow and Spend Republicans [1]

I have heard anyone say it’s crazy having ANY tax cuts when the US Deficit is ~$37,000,000,000,000 ($37 TR). Insane!!!

This is the typical Republican play book saying tax cuts pay for themselves. It’s common sense if you cut taxes the US does not create enough revenue to pay for themselves. STUPID!

This bill will cause millions of people losing their health Insurance. People will die without Health Insurance — FACT! It’s common sense, no health insurance you won’t be able to afford Healthcare so many will DIE prematurely!

According to the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" would lead to 16 million people losing health insurance. This includes 7.8 million losing Medicaid, 3.1 million losing ACA marketplace coverage, and an additional 5.1 million losing coverage due to the expiration of enhanced premium tax credits.

Assuming we would be restoring the total dollar tax cut, I could easily create a tax bill which would growth the GDP more than this ridiculous bill.

60% of tax payers make $100,000 or less only receive 10% to 15% of the Tax cut dollars. 20% of tax payers make $170,000 or more receive 60% of the Tax cut dollars. 1% of tax payers make $700,000 or more receive 20% of the Tax cut dollars.

No one talks about the GDP multiplier effect. The money spent with tax cut dollars flow through the economy increasing overall GDP. The problem is not all the money is spent. Guess what rich people save their tax cut while poor people spend most or all the tax cut.

In my bill, I would give the most of the absolute dollars to people making $100,000 or less.

Income Level GDP Multiplier $20,000 1.5–1.7 $30,000 1.4–1.6 $40,000 1.3–1.5 $50,000 1.2–1.4 $75,000 1.0–1.2 $100,000 0.8–1.0 $150,000 0.6–0.8 $200,000 0.5–0.7 $300,000 0.4–0.5 $400,000 0.3–0.4 $500,000 0.25–0.35 $600,000 0.2–0.3 $1,000,000 0.15–0.25 $10,000,000 0.10–0.20 $20,000,000 0.05–0.15 $100,000,000 0.02–0.10 $1,000,000,000 0.01–0.05

If the Multiplier is above 1.0 the incremental number is the increase in GDP. See poor people who make $20,000 or less. For every dollar($1.00) they spend they are generating $1.50 dollars in the economy.

Now see rich people … those making $1,000,000 or more … For every dollar($1.00) they spend they are generating $0.01 to $0.05 cents in the economy.

Really stupid huh?
