Another Saturday Night - English, not American [1]

I was having trouble choosing a theme this week, until Thursday night, when I was up far too late, working on some things and listening to one of my favorite bands. And then it hit me—we’ve done the British invasion in ASN, but why not open it up to all English-speaking non-American music? Done! Let’s start with some examples:
Here’s what I was listening to when tonight’s theme came to me, as if in a dream—the Scottish group The Jesus and Mary Chain :: Blues from a Gun
