Personally, I am not a big fan of tomatoes, but recognize that this is a minority opinion — and of course we’re getting into peak tomato season right now, depending on where you live. So today let’s look at some ways of preparing them. Because you don’t need a recipe if you just pluck one off the vine and eat it like an apple, perhaps with a bit of salt.
