Actually, I wouldn’t call this a terrorist attack. The HQ of a security service counts as a legitimate target.

'Shelter No. 8' writes that many have adopted a marketing-style approach: 4/ "I heard that many units have become as similar as possible to private military companies due to the fact that the main items for combat work are supplied by volunteers, and not the Ministry of Defence. 5/ "Such units:- Have their own corporate style and logo.- A group of people for public relations: with humanitarian funds, with donors, with the fighters' relatives. 6/ "- Their own supplies of humanitarian aid, because attempts to centralise humanitarian aid led to the theft of this humanitarian aid by people with big stars [i.e. senior officers] and their gang of pseudo-volunteers.
