Trump has bombed Iran. Against the will of the American people, without a vote from Congress, and without any plan to protect American lives or deescalate the crisis, Trump unilaterally launched a military strike that could ignite a full-scale regional war.

But we have the power to stop this. The Constitution is clear: Only Congress can declare war. That’s not a technicality – it’s a safeguard meant to keep exactly this kind of unilateral warmongering in check.

Senator Tim Kaine has introduced a War Powers Resolution to rein in Trump’s illegal military action and block further escalation. A strong vote in the Senate sends a crystal-clear message: we will not be dragged into war.

Demand your Senator oppose war with Iran, and support the Kaine War Powers Resolution.
