The only reason Iran achieved 60% enrichment is Trump tore up the Obama agreement that kept Iran at 5% and replaced it with nothing.
Netanyahu finally has a weak-minded president in the White House that he can easily fool and manipulate into believing Iran was weeks away from a nuclear bomb — what Netanyahu has been claiming since 2012.
We can’t rule out Trump needing a distraction from the terrible poll numbers released last week.
We can say with certainty that it was due to Trump being unable to negotiate a deal with Iran
Trump is erratic and reckless: Ignored US intelligence on Iran that showed Iran was not actively building a nuclear weapon Says everyone should evacuate Tehran, then bombs miles from Tehran Says he wants to negotiate, then bombs Iran Says the strikes were a complete success, attempting to pre-empt the bomb damage assessment which may show less Says the Iran nuclear program is shutdown, ignoring likely movement of equipment and uranium before the strike Says he doesn’t want regime change — one and done — then he does — which would require significantly more military action, and there is no guarantee
Like most everything else Trump does, he has no clue what he is doing, has no plan, and reeks of weakness, chaos, failure, and incompetence.
