TACO Belle commits yet another impeachable offense [1]

It turns out committing an unprovoked act of war without authorization from Congress is an abuse of power. TACO Belle did just that during his first tenure when he assassinated Soleimani. He just did again by bombing Iran.

There are cases where a President can use military force without authorization from Congress all of which conform with international law. These are proportionate retaliation, defensive, preemptive or preventive actions. The last is about preventing imminent or ongoing genocide.

Bombing a nuclear facility because you have a gut feeling something nefarious might be going on doesn't fit any of those bills.

Oh well.
