What if the 2024 election really WAS stolen? And we’re just too gun shy to face it because “election conspiracies are the fever dream of liars and fascists”. Stick with me here. There is legit evidence to be shared. Evidence i have not seen discussed here on DKos yet.
Hannah Arendt famously stated, "If everybody always lies to you, the consequence is not that you believe the lies, but rather that nobody believes anything any longer,". She argued that relentless lying erodes the very foundation of truth and makes it impossible to distinguish between fact and falsehood, ultimately leading to societal breakdown.
Hmmm. Who do we know who lies pathologically at a rate of dozens of untruths every goddamn day?
We in the reality-based community try to hold truth sacrosanct and to avoid engaging in conspiracy-theory thinking to avoid becoming as absurd as the Qanon set. A laudable goal. Yet, when evidence does appear that points toward actual conspiracy, the damage already done to the the nation’s collective ability to remain objective comes into stark relief.
Case in point: The election was STOLLEN! [sic]
The Orange Julius and his shitbag supporters whinged incessantly — amplified by the ghoulish chorus of the right wing smear-o-sphere — that the 2020 election was somehow corrupted. Nevermind that more than 60 courts, having reviewed the scant evidence produced in support of the claim, came to the obvious conclusion that MAGA is full of shit (and worse substances).
But following the devastating election night returns wherein Kamala Harris lost every single Blue Wall state and the results seemed (rightly) incomprehensible, we on the left seem to have abdicated any sense of skepticism. Any will seems to have been lost to determine if the guy who said "in four years, you don't have to vote again. We'll have it fixed so good, you're not gonna have to vote", and the world’s richest ketamine junky wielding access to extraordinary technological resources would have had the means, motive and opportunity to engage in the fuckery they so transparently telegraphed in what looked like a badly losing campaign.
We’ve been INTENTIONALLY INURED against questioning election results because we’ve had to recently, vigorously defend the integrity of the election system. Because we care about it being fair and would NEVER do anything so devoid of honor and dignity. Thing is, these shitbirds are the opposite.

Here’s the evidence of enough fuckery to catalyze a wider examination of the 2024 election.
EDITED TO REFLECT : A New York judge has ruled that discovery must proceed in a case that could lead to a full, hand recount of all ballots from Rockland County, NY (a suburb of NYC and the next county over from where I live). This is because 2024 ballots there showed ZERO votes for Kamala Harris in four out of five towns in Rockland. At the same time more than a thousand votes for Dem senate Candidate Kirsten Gillibrand were recorded. So, it seems mathematically near impossible that there be ZERO votes for Harris.

Now, i am not saying with certainty that the election of Donald Trump was a bullshit scam. But ask yourself: what has that human paraquot ever done that wasn’t a bullshit scam? We shouldn’t let our aversion to wild conspiracies blind us to actual conspiracies possibly occurring in our midsts. This case in Rockland is worth following and could be the first domino to fall. Thought DKos should at least be aware of it.
