They Hate Our Country – The Right-Wing’s Accusation Towards Liberals [1]

Criminals and those who seek to dominate, silence, threaten, and control others always also seek to play the victim. The more dishonest, corrupt, and power-hungry the political organization, the greater the number of false accusations that are directed towards their perceived enemies.
The right-wing media machine is an accusation tsunami directed towards Democrats.
The defenders of masked police who are terrorizing and detaining US residents without warrants claim they need masks to keep themselves safe from attacks or doxing. Like criminals, they do not want to be held accountable for their actions. Thus, also like criminals, they need to wear masks.
They accuse Democrats of being against police safety (despite their defense of those who attacked the Capital Police on Jan. 6th).
The perpetrators of kidnappings and extrajudicial actions want you to sympathize with them and their ICE foot soldiers. They want to be seen both as powerful protectors in riot gear but also as weak, vulnerable, and victimized as they claim they are being assaulted.
But behind the claims of weakness and the masks of anonymity, they seek to control people’s and especially immigrant’s lives. In addition, their great desire is to “lock up”, bully, arrest, and detain those who disagree with them or seek to limit their power. Thus, we see legislators and civil servants doing their jobs being attacked and detained by authoritarian “leaders” falsely claiming to be protectors
Almost no Republican has objected to these arrests and many were thrilled and seemed to enjoy the drama. More arrests are expected. And if the police are criticized for their illegality and heavy-handedness, they can simply lie about what took place (even if the event is recorded on video which proves they are lying). Their supporters have been conditioned to believe in lies and not question the actions of police.
Imagine a thief bitterly complaining he was put in jail because he was caught stealing. He says, “Why are the police so mean to me?” or “Why are those communists attacking me, an entrepreneur trying to support my family by stealing.” They will say the most absurd things to try to avoid accountability, and Republicans are similarly adept at inventing absurd excuses for their questionable actions.
All criminals want sympathy while also attacking the system that holds them responsible for their actions. The President absolutely loves having vengeance on the courts who convicted him of 34 felonies, declared him guilty of sexual assault, and fined him many million of dollars for defaming people.
Thus “activist judges” who want to hold Republican’s responsible for their authoritarian actions become evil and hated, usurpers of the dictator wannabee president’s (or “unitary executive’s) power as he goes about attacking and arresting residents without a warrant or probable cause. They will also arrest and bully anyone who interferes with or questions such arrests.
Leaders who seek to be dictators especially want to act with impunity, and to not be held accountable to the law or by the public. They are desperate to play the victim and gain sympathy when they get caught breaking the law or being a bully.
They want to demonize unelected judges who rule against their whims and demands. They know electing hundreds and thousands of judges would be impossible given our current election system, but they will use any criticism no matter how nonsensical to try to undermine a judge’s authority when they disagree with the judge’s ruling.
The people in the Right-Wing who want to undermine the Constitutional system and rule of law are clearly the ones who “hate America”. But of course, they will accuse others of hating America without evidence or even a hint of irony.
The President has the legitimate power to dictate policy using Executive Orders but only within the limits of the law.
His definition of someone who “hates America” is a person who disagrees with his dictates and resists them.
Dictator wannabees crave power. It is their essential characteristic. Such people seek to make their desires and America’s desires seem like the same thing. It is political sleight of hand and an effective way to confuse voters into supporting someone who is likely to victimize them now or in the long run by attacking Medicare, Social Security, free speech, the rule of law, etc.
They want people to believe that disliking right-wing policies and actions is the same as “hating America. They label them as the “lunatic left.”
Both the President (like all people seeking to be dictators) and demanding children are enraged when they are told they cannot get what they want.
The courts and the rule of law are his and his administration’s nemesis. He must undermine and attack them in every way possible.
Criminals or those who claim unlimited authority almost always resent the courts that convict them, limit their power, and hold them to account.
So, the President’s supporters in Congress write “laws” that subvert the law by making the President and his administration unaccountable to the courts. They currently want to pass a law in the “Big, Beautiful Bill” that says the President, or his administration cannot be held in contempt if they do not enforce the law or listen to court orders.
This is a frontal attack on the rule of law and the courts, and it is one piece of the puzzle being put in place to move the country toward dictatorship. Civil or Criminal contempt is currently one of the only ways to make the administration follow the law.
In terms of encouraging dictatorship, the Supreme Court somehow interprets the Constitution to say that the President’s acts in office are “above the law.” They made a ruling that his official actions are not reviewable by any court or subject to any law.
This is so obviously unconstitutional that a 5th grader could see the corruption and efforts of the Supreme Court court to make the President a full-blown dictator – something the founding fathers who wrote the Constitution and Bill of Rights repeatedly warned against.
This decision will go down in history as the most corrupt decision by any Supreme Court and should justify the immediate impeachment by Congress of any justice who voted for it. The President is now immune from prosecution for “official acts” which are conveniently unspecified by the court.
The President’s executive orders are being routinely struck down by judges as unconstitutional or illegal. Here is a short list that continues to grow by the day.
A Reducing Administrative Support for NIH Grants executive order was partially struck down and the limiting of indirect expenses to 15% of the grant (which would cancel many grants) was denied by the court. A judge said the Executive Order proscribing Termination of Probationary Employees was “unlawful, invalid, and must be stopped and rescinded,” A judge ruled that the Closure of USAID exceeded the President’s authority. The Executive Order Ending Birthright Citizenship was halted by four federal judges and remains unenforceable due to their injunctions. The Executive Order Freezing Federal Grant Funding was blocked by a federal judge, who ruled that Trump lacked authority to withhold congressionally appropriated funds.
There are many more loses by the President in court.
Legal challenges to Executive Orders to Rollback of Healthcare Regulations, Withdraw from the World Health Organization, Strip the Power from Independent Regulatory Agencies, Target Colleges and Universities, Deport and Detain Student Protesters and Foreign Scholars, Force legal firms to do free work for the Republican party, and many other Executive Orders and demands are winding their way through the courts now.
If the current track record holds, the President will lose the vast majority of his cases. But he always hopes his hand-picked SCOTUS justices will give him a win once in a while. So he will keep trying in an effort to get that win and if he fails, at least he has filled up the news cycle with more bogus Executive Orders.
There are claims that more than 90% of the President Executive Orders that have been litigated have been stopped or limited by the federal courts. As of two months ago, The Washington Examiner reported eleven Executive Orders have been negated or rejected by the courts.
The President is a loser and he is on a roll.
At this point, the Executive Orders seem to be mostly political dramas staged and directed to get attention and let the President feign being all-powerful.
But behind the scenes, the legal results show the President’s and his lawyer’s profound weakness and ineptitude.
Unfortunately, the mainstream press who fear the President do not want to emphasize these losses and show the President’s weakness. Thus, his Political Reality TV Show with much of it composed of presenting new Executive Orders continues to swamp and overwhelm the airwaves and the Internet.
And as in his first term, the corporate press needs the drama as much as he does to sell their journalistic reporting, products, and get clicks. The relationship between the President and the press is a symbiotic but highly destructive one.
The corporate media who care most about their stockholders hope to survive the president’s attacks on free speech and the free press but their timidness will likely lead them to being eventually shut down and shut up. Or they will become a mouthpiece for the administration and survive as a shell of their former selves (see the firing of Terry Moran by ABC – the network is terrified to criticize the President).
No wonder the President wants to undermine the courts in any and every way possible and shut down the media. They are both the dictator’s and the criminal’s greatest nightmare. And in this case, they are one and the same.
So, “Who really hates America?” The answer is obvious.
