Recently read the Jake tapper book, original sin, about Biden. It does paint quite a sad picture about Biden. Consider the 2024 debate. And then previous fundraisers, where people like George Clooney and Jon favreau reported that Biden appeared feeble and out of it.

public events where Biden appeared disoriented.

the interview with Robert Hur where he couldn’t answer simple questions. And then when the president appeared to argue, he mistakenly referred to the president of Mexico instead of Egypt, or something like that.

older people with dementia tend to repeat stories frequently and have poor short term memory. This is observed in Biden’s behavior.

a presidency where the president rarely appeared for interviews or press conferences.

the disastrous pull, out in Afghanistan. Did Biden ask the generals the tough questions?

although several large bills passed, we didn’t see big ideas or initiatives coming from the White House.

even go back to 2020. Can you recall a great Biden performance in the debate? The republicans accused him of campaigning from his basement, partly true?

I don’t know. In hindsight I kind of feel like there was something real going on with Biden. We can love Biden but he seems a lot more like my 80 year old father in law than I’d like. And definitely I wouldn’t put my father in law in charge of anything. He shouldn’t be driving, really.
