Trump demands unconditional surrender by Iran and the US could take out Khamenei any time [1]

It appears that Trump's Situation Room meeting decided to go full throttle into war with Iran, if necessary. We aren't in a war with Iran, yet, so it's a pre-war surrender without a fight. The Iranian government is fighting back against Israel but has not hit any US troops or bases.
Apparently, all those air refueling tankers are going to the Middle East, after all, with them being spotted over the Mediterranean Sea.
Israel already had control over the skies over Iran, but now Trump claims the same for the US.
"We now have complete and total control of the skies over Iran."
Hyperbole or fact. It depends on what he means by "we."
Then, he does an ad for American technology.
"... it doesn't compare to American made, conceived, and manufactured 'stuff.'"
Then he gets to the biggie. We can take out Ayatollah Khamenei anytime we want to. Sort of tips our hand, because he could just move to another location. Maybe Trump is doing that deliberately. But then, Netanyahu threatened the same thing yesterday. Apparently, they can track wherever he goes.
"Our patience is wearing thin. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
The third person ending, this time, is especially weird. Like Khamenei is watching Trump's Truth Social account real time.
Then, Trump tells Iran it's time to give up. Again, is the surrender to the United States, to Israel, or both? Seeing as how the Iran government has always called the United States, Satan, and calls for the destruction of Israel on a regular basis, they may just want to fight to the death to save face.
It's an unknown, but Trump has now thrown down the gauntlet.
