This is the suspected assassin, Vance Luther Boelter. Per multiple news reports he runs a security agency, Praetorian Security with his wife Jenny in Minnesota. He had a large number of Democratic lawmakers and political leaders’ names, as well as abortion providers listed for his attacks.
