The submarine USS Blueback was the last of the diesel-electric attack subs to be commissioned, and was in service from 1959 to 1990. She was an attack submarine in the Barbel class, which was designed for destroying enemy surface ships and submarines. She is now an exhibit at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland.
Some photos from a guided tour of the sub, which explores the ship and gives its history.
The sub is docked in the Willamette River outside the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry in Portland
