According to a CNN news report by Jeanne Sahadi the U.S. Supreme Court is allowing DOGE to access the following data:
Driver’s license and identification information
Bank and credit cards
Birth and marriage certificates
Pension information
Home and work addresses
School records
Immigration and naturalization records
Family court records
Employment and employer records
Psychological and psychiatric health records
Hospitalization records
Addiction treatment records
HIV/AIDS test results
Also, tax information, including total earnings, Social Security and Medicare wages, and annual employee withholdings.
What a wonderful Supreme Court. Allows dark money donations in elections. Now gives a gang of notoriously irresponsible former Musk employees access to these very personal data items. Time for Supreme Court reform whenever Democrats get back in power.
