Over the past few days I have been seeing the same driver less car aflame on a street in LA. Is this burning car why Trump federalized the National Guard and deployed 700 US Marines? Is this burning car the “insurrection” we must forfeit our civil liberties to extinguish?
Trump admires William McKinley. McKinley took the country to war against Spain based in large part on the explosion of the USS Maine in Havana Harbor which the oligarchs of that day blamed on a Spanish mine. Many, including Admiral Rickover who examined the matter decades later, believed the explosion occurred in an engine boiler room. 268 sailors perished in the explosion. Remember the Maine became a battle cry for the Spanish-American War.
Today a single driver less Waymo ablaze on Los Angeles is being shown again and again to help justify Trump’s over the top by at least a light year response to the mostly peaceful ICE protests in LA. I am certain whoever is responsible for the arson will be or has been apprehended. Is the Trump Administration really going to inflict a disgusting war on US citizens because of round the clock images of the same car on fire?
While Fox, OAN and Newsmax scream Remember the Waymo, can we first remember the Constitution? Because the arsonists who populate this Administration are setting it afire everywhere you look.
No kings, especially not you Biff.
