Meet the new members of the CDC ACIP Vaccine Advisory Committee [1]

A tweet by RFK Jr. describes the new members in glowing terms - “The slate includes highly credentialed scientists, leading public-health experts, and some of America’s most accomplished physicians. All of these individuals are committed to evidence-based medicine, gold-standard science, and common sense.”
Which means that these people have been appointed to do exactly the opposite.
Here is how Elizabeth Jacobs, PhD, a well-respected Epidemiologist and Professor Emerita, describes these people. Some of the info below was culled from this article — Kennedy’s new CDC panel includes members who have criticized vaccines and spread misinformation.

She spreads dangerous misinformation about vaccines James Pagano He is an ER physician with no discernible expertise in vaccines Joseph Hibbeln His expertise appears to be related to Omega-3 fatty acids. He does not appear to have any expertise in vaccines Retsef Levi No education or training in any field related to epidemiology, immunology or similar. Has a degree in Operations Research Called for the end of the COVID-19 vaccination program Robert Malone Malone’s greatest talents are self-promotion and the amplification of vaccine misinformation and disinformation. He is a fraud. Promoted unproven and alternative treatments for measles and COVID-19. Claimed that millions of Americans were hypnotized into taking the COVID-19 shots and has suggested that those vaccines cause a form of AIDS.

These are the people who will now make decisions about the development and use of vaccines. Guess what their recommendations will be?
The wellness industry vs the pharmaceutical industry
Here is Google AI’s response to the question— “Who makes more money. The wellness industry or the pharmaceutical industry?”
The wellness industry generates significantly more revenue than the pharmaceutical industry. In 2023, the global wellness market was valued at $6.3 trillion, while the global pharmaceutical industry's revenue was around $1.6 trillion. This means the wellness industry is roughly four times larger than the pharmaceutical industry.
That is part of the answer to what drives many of these fake experts on the right. Many of the folks on the right make a killing off the “wellness” industry, peddling vitamins, magic pills and bleach to the uninformed. They live off spreading disinformation and turning people against scientists and doctors. They are all cheering developments at the HHS (CDC, NIH, FDA, ...) because it gives them another bite at the revenues of the pharmaceutical industry and the medical establishment.
Note that the wellness industry also includes legitimate providers that promote fitness, nutrition and holistic healthcare.
The Truth about Vaccines
Let’s take a look at some eye-opening stats from Project Tycho, neatly graphed at graphics.wsj.com/…
The following “heat map” graphics show the number of cases per 100,000 people for a few diseases measured over 70-some years and across all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Note how the prevalence of the diseases declined very rapidly after vaccines were introduced.
Here is a graphic of the number of lives saved globally in the 50 years between 1974 and 2004. Since 1974, vaccination has averted 154 million deaths, including 146 million among children younger than 5 years of whom 101 million were infants younger than 1 year. For every death averted, 66 years of full health were gained on average, translating to 10·2 billion years of full health gained.
Of course, many more millions of lives were saved before 1974.

Epilogue
None of us expected that this could happen in America, but here we are, getting crushed under the weight of a fascist regime, that is taking the nation into a new dark age. Let’s do all we can to educate and inform the public, knowing very well that they hold the power of the U.S. govt and all its resources to fool the public and push their agenda. Eventually, the voters will wisen up but we need to minimize the destruction until then.
