Did an LA Cop AIM When Shooting an Aussie Reporter? [1]

Reporter, Lauren Tomasi of 9News Australia, a CNN affiliate, was conducting a live broadcast from the scene of a protest on Sunday afternoon when she was hit with a rubber bullet.
In this short YouTube video, it appears that the police officer watches her, then turns away. When the camera pans back it appears that the cop also swiveled back, eyed her again, took aim and fired his gun.
Seconds later, Tomasi was hit with a rubber bullet. Footage showed an officer taking aim in the direction of Tomasi and her camera operator and then firing.

It’s obviously not my video, so I had to jerry-rig a less-than-optimal way to dry to focus on the shooter from a screengrab.
I added a yellow “Y” to try and point him out — but he moves so I hope you can make sense of it.
The reporter was assessed at a hospital and fortunately was not seriously injured.
