Donald hates Newscum even though they seem to agree about trans in sports [1]

I just wrote about this last week. But it's about trans in women's sports, so Trump pumps it up again to get headlines.
The California Interscholatic Federation had a meet last week where AB Hernandez came in second in the long jump, but Trump claimed Hernandez won "everything."
On Saturday, she competed in the high jump, triple jump and long jump. She won the high jump in the finals.
Trump was not happy.
"A Biological Male competed in California Girls State Finals, WINNING BIG, despite the fact that they were warned by me not to do so."
Hernandez followed the Federation's rules. She won one event. This is apparently so egregious that the entire state needs to be punished for ignoring Trump's executive order banning "men in women's sports," which is completely unconstitutional.
"As Governor Gavin Newscum fully understands, large scale fines will be imposed!!!"
Three exclamation points. He's pissed. Gov. Newsom has shocked people by saying that trans shouldn't be in women's sports, that it was unfair. At the same time, he said trans inclusion in sports should be handled with "humility and grace." This is a confusing. But this is high school, not a California college or university. Those are already covered by NCAA rules that have been changed to make Trump happy.
Trump is probably going to go after California like he has Gov. Janet Mills and Maine over two trans high school athletes. There, Trump commanded the Dept. Of Education to withhold federal funds and launch a DEI investigation.
California's economy funds a lot of MAGA red states with their contributions to the Federal coffers. Suppose California stops sending that money? Well, Newsom isn't going to do that because he agrees with Trump.
There aren't any fines to levy. Trump didn't set that up in his unconstitutional executive order. He's making a threat without teeth now, but will most likely follow up with the Maine tactics.
Newsom seems to be trying to say that two things can be true. Trump just wants to bully everyone into following his edict.
