Texas Dems have a new progressive leader [1]

Texas voters have not been kind to Democrats in the recent past. I don’t know too much about why that happened and I don’t want to get into that right now. BUT… we have a new Chair of the Texas Democratic Party, and he is an unabashed progressive, proud of his friendship with Bernie Sanders. Democrats have made progress in Texas this year, winning a number of school board elections in May. If Democrats ever manage to win statewide in Texas it will put the White House out of reach for the bad guys. Everyone on Kos wants new and vibrant Democratic leadership, and we have that now in Texas with TDP Chair Kendall Scudder. If you are in Texas or even if you are not, please consider supporting our new Party and new Chair.
