If you were to round up thousands, or even millions of undocumented immigrants, who only came here to not be killed or starve, and put them in prisons, you would be taking people who pick apples or milk cows and put them in an institution where they can learn how to commit crimes, from real criminals. Because if you don’t want to starve or be killed, and you can’t pick apples or milk cows, then maybe whatever gang inside will help you survive.

We are not stopping criminals, we are raising criminals.
