I guess if you want to be pedantic, Trump didn't actually claim that Biden was executed and replaced by a robot (or possibly a clone), he just amplified that claim by rewteeting it on his bespoke grievance machine. Obviously this is intended as a joke, unless it isn't, in which case it definitely is, because no way is it not.

The American right wing is perennially in the position of a husband trying to see if his wife would be willing to try a threesome with his administrative assistant. "Ha ha, I was joking. Unless you think you might want to? But no, ha ha, it's funny, right? Although it could be fun. Ha ha, no, I don't mean it. But do you think you might?"
