So how did these DOJ criminal clownfucks somehow pry a stay from the I assume cold dead hands of the US Court of Appeals after the US Court of International Trade UNANIMOUSLY and DECISIVELY ruled in an almost unprecedented Summary Judgement and Permanent Injunction the Plaintiffs didn't even request against the actual sitting President of the United States.....ruling that--DUH!--since only Congress can levy tariffs, Trump's tariffs are illegal and must stop like NOW, You Assholes?

These eminent government parking garage lawyers had to establish that the Plaintiffs would not be irreparably harmed by any delay in the implementation of the permanent injunction. So the Trump Lying Sacks of Shit Vomited up by Clarence Thomas from DOJ promised to PAY THE TARIFFS BACK if (WHEN!!!) they ultimately lose this case. Which they will. Lose, that is. In spades. And these moron sucker appellate judges BELIEVED THESE KNOWN JACKBOOTED THUG LIARS, ordered POINTLESS BRIEFING, and kept the tariffs that are irreparably destroying the world economy and thousands of small businesses in America RIGHT NOW in place until at least June 9. Because Trump says, "It's all good. I'll pay them back." Really?
Have they not READ Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the US Constitution?????

Just wow. Yeah. I’ll need to see some briefing on that one. Maybe it says the Executive Branch can just randomly tariff the entire planet in there somewhere. I’m sure international economic chaos was the founders’ intent there, right?
I'm sorry, but we are actually doomed if this is what Rule of Law is supposed to be. Tell the literally thousands and thousands of small businesses in America failing every day because they cannot afford to front Trump for his illegal tariffs. I guarantee....you know someone being irreparably harmed by this shit RIGHT NOW. I do. Two of my clients depend completely on international shipments for their businesses and they are justifiably Freaking the Fuck Out. And they definitely don’t have anything to loan Wimpy until next Tuesday or June 9 or whenever the hell these “judges” decide it’s a good time to stop Trump from completely ending the global economic order illegally.
I don't actually share Lawrence O'Donnell's confidence that Trump will PAY UP when (not if) his tariffs are finally and exhaustively declared as illegal as they are and have always been. In the government's brief, they claim Trump (not America) will be irreparably harmed if he can't blackmail other nations with threats of high tariffs if they won't...IDK...tear down all budget housing and replace it with Trump Hotels or whatever the fuck he is trying to do in his reported but not confirmed by anyone trustworthy "trade negotiations." The pleading literally admits to several actual federal crimes he is clearly committing RIGHT NOW.
I mean, he cannot legally deliver these illegal tariffs in any universe without both houses of congress (including 60 US Senators) willing to raise taxes on Americans and destroy international trade. Isn’t it in the national interest if he can't do that? Especially as he’s committing actual crimes doing it and all? And until at least June 9, the entire
global economy is not being irreparably harmed by these patently and obviously illegal tariffs? Really? Do these judges live on this planet? Have they heard of Donald TACO Trump? Founder of Taco Felon? The guy convicted of so much fraud we couldn’t even list it here? The guy single handedly destroying the global economy with his plainly illegal tariffs??????????
So to all the business owners anxiously awaiting their tariff refunds, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia and 250 of his friends would like a word with you. You know. The "dangerous criminals" rounded up by masked unidentified “federal agents,” denied Due Process, shipped out of the country illegally and who are STILL rotting in an El Salvadoran slave murder prison months after the Supreme Court told TACO Donnie to return them to the US PRONTO. And the literally thousands of contractors and business partners he's stiffed over his unnaturally long life span. His bankrupted creditors. His bankrupted casinos. Might as well add all the women he's sexually assaulted as well just for good measure.
These 11 Appellate Judges are what....stupid? Naive? Compromised? Getting Death Threats? Blackmailed? Bribed? How on Earth could this many Federal Freaking Judges make such an idiotic ruling?
