Kingsley Wilson Employs the Anti-Semitic Card [1]

One of the best ways, IMHO, to understand if people look favorably or hostilely upon racial, ethnic, and religious minorities is to ask or poll these minority groups concerning how they think the majority views them. These minorities tend to pay close attention to how others see them. The Jewish American community very often “takes the pulse” of their neighbors. After WWII’s Nazi Holocaust, in which one-third of the world’s Jews were exterminated, with the State of Israel still engaged in wars in its “tough” Middle Eastern neighborhood, and anti-Semitism repeatedly rearing its ugly head, Jewish Americans are constantly polled about the state of their relations with their fellow Americans. They use these statistics to try to engage in positive community relations with their neighbors. The election of right-wing GOPer Demagogue/Dictator wannabe Donald Trump for a second term has seen a flurry of such polling concerning how Jewish Americans, the majority of whom are liberal Democrats, feel about him and his fellow Republicans.

A new poll has just been released dealing with how Jewish Americans look at Donald and his GOP followers and the results are far from “pretty” for Trump and his GOP cult. In this poll, just released by the Jewish Voters Resources Center and discussed by the Jewish Democratic Council of America (JDCA), 74% of Jewish voters disapprove of the job Donald is doing as our current president. In this poll, 76% of Jewish voters disapprove of Trump’s handling of the economy, and this includes an overwhelming 88% who oppose his proposed draconian cuts to Medicaid, a key social safety net program. In addition, 74% of Jewish voters disapprove of his handling of foreign policy, and 74% oppose Trump’s proposal to transfer Palestinians out of Gaza and have the U.S. redevelop that land into a Trump-like resort. And most importantly, this poll, dealing with Trump’s first 100 days in office in his second term, found that 72% of Jewish American voters think Trump is dangerous, 69% think he is a fascist, and over a majority, 52% think he is anti-Semitic.

And now, after Jewish Americans hear that Kinglsey Wilson will serve as the new press secretary for the Pentagon, I believe the number of Jewish Americans who think Trump is anti-Semitic will go even higher than his present 52% score. Just who is this Kinglsey Wilson, and just what does she believe?

Kingsley R. Wilson, born in either 1995 or 1996, (age 29-30), is the daughter of Steve Cortes. Steve Cortes is an adviser to Donald as well as a conservative commentator. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingsley_Wilson

Kingsley Wilson, according to Wikipedia, worked for Gettr. Gettr, as Wikipedia noted, is an alt-tech social media platform and microblogging site that targets American conservatives. It was founded by Jason Miller, a former Trump aide, and launched on July 4, 2021. Journalists have observed, as Wikipedia stated, the prevalence of extreme content on Gettr, including racism, anti-Semitism, and terrorist propaganda.

By April, 2023, Wilson was named national committeewoman of the D.C. Young Republicans, and in January, 2025, she was named the Deputy Department of Defense press secretary in the second Trump administration. When she took this Trump administration post, Wilson was at the Center for Renewing America, a right-wing think tank where she was the director of strategic communications.

On April 24, 2025, Wilson became the acting Department of Defense Press Secretary replacing Sean Parnell. On May 23, the Department of Defense (DOD) announced she would serve as the DOD press secretary. She was sworn into that post on May 27, 2025. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kinglsey_Wilson

When she was first appointed as Deputy Defense press Secretary in January, 2025, several U.S. Senators and Jewish civil rights organizations, including the ADL (Anti-Defamation League), according to the JTA (Jewish Telegraphic Agency), strongly criticized her for promoting anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. http://www.jta.org/2025/05/27/united-states/pentagon-announces-new-press-secretary-who-promoted-antisemitic-conspiracy-theories . Among Wilson’s most awful comments were those regarding Leo Frank. Frank was a Jewish man, as National Public Radio (NPR) stated, who was lynched by an anti-Semitic mob in Georgia in 1915. Historians believe that Frank was falsely accused of raping and murdering a 13-year old girl, and in 1986, the State of GA granted Frank a posthumous pardon. Neo-Nazis and similar anti-Semitic extremists continue to say that Frank was guilty, and in 2023 picketed a Broadway musical dealing with the Frank trial and lynching.

In 2023, Wilson wrote, “Leo Frank raped & murdered a 13-year-old girl. He also tried to frame a black man for his crime.” She repeated this horrible and false anti-Semitic viewpoint in a post in 2024.

NPR quoted Amy Spitalnik, the CEO of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs, as saying that Wilson’s comments about Frank were “especially” notable, because they “so closely aligned with Neo-Nazi talking points.”

NPR quoted the American Jewish Committee’s (AJC’s) apt comment.This Jewish organization stated, “Anyone who posts anti-Semitic conspiracy theories lifted right out of the neo-Nazi playbook should not be in public office.” The AJC called Wilson “unfit” for her job.

“Mother Jones” and “Jewish Insider” first quoted other conspiratorial and bigoted comments that Wilson has also made. They noted that Wilson additionally believed in the “great replacement theory.” The ADL explains, according to NPR, that this malignant drivel is a “racist conspiracy theory” pushed by white supremacist groups. Wilson further stated on the right-wing channel “One American News,” in NPR’s words, that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy “should be arrested on sight for what he has done to the American taxpayer.” https://www.npr.org/2025/03/06/nx-s-1-5319995/kingsley-wilson However, according to NPR, Wilson praised Russian strongman Vladimir Putin for his “encyclopedic knowledge of his people’s history.” At the same time, NPR stated that Wilson has attacked U.S. intelligence services, including her current employer, the Defense Department.” In her words, “the American intelligence apparatus is more evil than Vladimir Putin.”

She called GOP House Speaker Mike Johnson “weak-willed” and lacking in “testicular fortitude.” NPR also noted she called for GOP SC Senator Lindsey Graham to be “DEPORTED and shipped toUkraine,” because he supports Ukraine in its struggle against Putin’s Russia. https://www.npr.org/2025/03/06/nx-s-1-5319995/kingsley-wilson

Even some GOPers are a little shocked by Wilson’s sick statements. GOP U.S. Senator Deb Fischner (R-NE) told “Politico,” according to NPR that Wilson’s comments were “horrible” and “just not appropriate.”

Ya think? Now, where are all the other GOPers who should similarly be raising their voices against Wilson being at DOD? Of course, they are cowering in fear before “Dear Leader” Donald.

Jewish leader Amy Spitalnick had it spot on. She told NPR that Wilson’s hiring was “one of the more concerning examples I’ve seen over the last few months of extremists being given prominent roles in the federal government.”

We must all loudly protest Wilson’s placement in the DOD or any other governmental agency. Anti-Semitism should have no place in American society and neither should Wilson’s other unbalanced statements about world leaders, politics, and international affairs. Congress Member Ritchie Torres (D-NY) said it all. He wrote to DOD Secretary Hegseth. He told Hegseth that Wilson’s appointment is “an insult to the integrity of the Department of Defense… She must be fired immediately.”
