I usually try to write when I am not distracted by anger

I am raging all the time.

My gender is under attack, as usual, again, always.

My sexuality is under attack, as usual, again, always.

I look around for some positive news, nada.

Is there nothing to write about?

Too much.

Way too much, I start to write, then another thought overrides the original.

Filter.

The noise is too loud.

I need a break, but switching off is hard, and the clowns are never quiet.

Absurdities flow like liquid lithium, but the laws of physics have run amok.

We go sailing, should we bother to return?

Not much sense here in this short piece, but there you go.

Switch off, if only.

I’ll be quiet, I’ll listen and read.

For now, this is all I can manage.
