Breaking: Axios reports that US Court of International Trade has blocked Trump's Global Tariffs [1]

Ben Berkowitz of Axios has just reported that Trump’s use of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 (IEEPA) to wage a global tariff war on virtually all trading partners, allies and foes alike, is in violation of the Act as it does not give him the “authority” to do so. The three judge court comprised of Reagan, Obama and Trump appointees ruled:
"The question in the two cases before the court is whether the International Emergency Economic Powers Act of 1977 ("IEEPA") delegates these powers to the President in the form of authority to impose unlimited tariffs on goods from nearly every country in the world," "The court does not read IEEPA to confer such unbounded authority and sets aside the challenged tariffs imposed thereunder."
"The challenged Tariff Orders will be vacated and their operation permanently enjoined," the court wrote. To wit, www.axios.com/...
This is a win for the States, businesses and consumers that were battered by Trump’s sweeping tariffs. The Courts have once again stepped in to safeguard the Separation of Powers among the branches of government as entrenched in the US Constitution. The President, who styles himself a King, continues to be schooled on the meaning of checks and balances, but it is evident that he is a most “uncooperative student.” Keep a watch on the Markets for the reaction to the ruling.
