The first of a two-part series, called "This is Not a Free America" and "Let's Fight and Win."
Our side is working tirelessly to stand up to the 34-time convicted felon and his maladministration, and so far, it is working quite well. We are consistently winning court cases and there are countless cases still pending against Trump that are likely to go in our direction. We are showing up in record numbers all across our country to protest and defend ourselves against his bullying, threats, intimidation, and malfeasance. We will not be silenced.
Democrats are outperforming and exceeding expectations in special elections this year, even in the reddest of red districts; we may not have won every single special election so far, but the tables are turning enough to the point where it should have Republicans in Congress and at the state levels worried heading into next year (yes, we will have elections, and they will probably be free and fair for the most part, if not completely).
These are clear signs that Americans are saying no to this fascist wannabe authoritarian regime. Not everyone on Daily Kos might be seeing the light, but I am to some degree. Yes, times suck right now, but we have to stand up for ourselves and not give up hope. If momentum is building, we have to keep that momentum going and continue to fight back. It is like overcoming a massive illness; you go to the doctor, you keep taking the medicine, you do what you can to fight the virus or infection off, and then things get back to what they were before (well, our country will probably never completely recover from this hellish nightmare, but I think we will eventually get better, and it is going to take a LOT of time).
I present to you a series of informative messages that are short and get straight to the point. You can share these with anyone and on any platform, and no credit is needed . I made these, and as far as I know, they are accurate. They do include sources where necessary.
