Why are “ICE agents” looking like militia thugs all of a sudden? [1]

This is a video from a Sunnyvale Council meeting, possibly 4 months ago. It’s a bounty hunter testifying that the bounty hunters are being told that in second or third wave of ICE activities they be enabled to be “ICE agents” and will be paid $1,000 a person for everyone they bring in. He says that’s a good price for them. He wasn’t taken seriously at the meeting but maybe he should have been. I’m not tech savvy enough to tell if this video is real but it’s from a link on Bluesky.

This is not really a diary but if true it would go a longways to explaining why the “ICE agents” recently actually look like militia thugs.
