Boston judge thwarts Trump deportations to South Sudan [1]

Trump "undeniably" violated a court order not to deport individuals to South Sudan. Currently they are stuck in the tiny country of Dijbouti in East Africa.
Donald is a day behind because of his attempt yesterday to try and "Zelenskyy" President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa.
Trump is looking at contempt of court now in still another case. There just is no denying the facts. Blatant disregard of a court order. So, Trump decided to open himself up for ridicule and contempt.
"A Federal Judge in Boston, who knew nothing about the situation, or anything else, has ordered eight of the most violent criminals on Earth curtail their journey to South Sudan, and instead remain in Djibouti."
Judge Murphy did most certainly know the situation. There was an injunction on deporting individuals to third countries. Pretty simple.
The home countries of Cuba, Laos, Mexico, Myanmar, Vietnam and South Sudan would not take them back.
"He would not let these monsters proceed to their final destination."
Sounds like Donald knows them personally, like Kilmar.
"This it's not the premise under which I was elected President, which was to PROTECT our Nation."
No, you were elected under false pretenses. The protect part is about the Constitution, and you're doing a very bad job about that.
Minutes before the hearing the administration was complaining about activist judges again.
The out of control judges know not what they do.
"And this must change, IMMEDIATELY!"
Sorry, Donald. You can't get your way by just whining about it. Get used to being thwarted by judges. There's another 246 cases up on the dockets today that you are likely to lose.
"Hopefully the Supreme Court of the United States will put an END to the quagmire that has been caused by the Radical Left."
The Supreme Court so far is not on your side. Not this time. They seem to think that due process actually means something. You still haven't obeyed the order about Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The contempt of court actions are piling up.
"... our Country will be under siege again, with hundreds of thousands of hardened criminals, 'BREAKING DOWN THE WALLS.'"
I was expecting a triple exclamation point after that one. Can he possibly get any more strident?
"We we're also forced to leave behind, in order to watch these hardened thugs, a large number of ICE officers..."
If you expect any type of sympathy for ICE officers, you must be joking. Your personal jack-booted thugs police force is not popular.
From reading your version of the individuals rap sheets, they don't look like very friendly people. That still does not change the fact that you broke a court order. If you're going to try them for crimes, you have to do it in the United States.
And about those ICE officers who "would otherwise be in the United States, protecting our Citizens."
I can't think of a single person who would want to be protected by an ICE officer. They seem to have this nasty habit of wearing disguising hoods and beating up people for nothing. You have created an extrajudicial police force.
The thought police are next.
