Trump Wrecks World Economy, Loses Interest, Now Fixated on Used Flying Sex Palace [1]

After Trump’s fixation with tariffs has run its course with destruction of the world economy, the septuagenarian fool has now turned his gaze on a new shiny object — a used airplane being discarded by some Arab prince.
With a history of assaulting women he can confine to tight places, Trump has his tongue hanging out at the thought of getting this aging 747.
It would need a fighter escort because its capabilities are not up to flying solo in international air space. It also lacks the communications equipment that a competent President would need in an aircraft.
Perhaps Pete Hegseth can give him a non-secure phone equipped with Signal.
There was a time when Trump used shiny objects to distract voters. Now, his handlers have apparently used a shiny object to get his attention away from more destructive endeavors.
Chuck Schumer, formerly a leader in the Senate, has been adopting a policy of go-along to get-along. But the airplane has apparently roused him to action. He says he is putting a hold on all Department of Justice nominees because of the airplane.
Odd that he would sit on his hands during the destruction of our 250-year-old democracy, but would come alive over an old airplane. I guess people like to do what they are good at.
Trump promised to magically end the Russia-Ukraine War. He has now folded to grovel at Putin’s feet. As Gomer Pile used to say, “Surprise, surprise.”
Meanwhile, Republicans are working on an elaborate plan to screw over the middle class and the poor to ensure they continue tax cuts for the rich and obliterate the financial solvency of the United States.
The whole Republican budget is centered on gutting Medicaid, but Trump is now asking his party not to cut Medicaid. This raises the questions: Is Trump entirely unaware of what is going on? Or is Trump being deceptive? As usual with Trump, all the worst possibilities are all true.
And Moody’s has downgraded the United States, which was long considered the most stable place in the world to invest money. Little known fact: This effectively downgrades the debt of all the most admired U.S. companies. Corporations cannot maintain a credit rating higher than the rating of the government debt of the country where they are based.
An indication of what we are in for comes in this statement from Walmart: “We will do our best to keep our prices as low as possible.” It is a little like the captain of the Titanic saying, “We will keep you dry as long as possible.”
It is going to be tough. We need to win the midterms without effective party leadership.
