It just doesn't sound like Donald Trump, just like his full page posts when Jimmy Carter died could never have been written by him.
It's short enough for him to have created it. When the day before he was calling calling him Sleepy Joe, the most corrupt and worst president ever, and blaming Biden for everything bad Trump has done to the economy and the "invasion" of illegal aliens, that the autopen was running the government, not Joe, it's hard to believe. Maybe he was in a good mood after playing golf all day. That's all he had on his schedule for today.
Maybe Melania made him write it.
