Lyin' Lindy Li has a sad when TikTok calls a racist clip a racist clip [1]

It’s one thing for a Democrat to become a Republican. But it’s quite another to see a Democrat flip to becoming a Republican after the horrors of Jan. 6 removed any doubt about who Donald Trump really was. But that’s exactly what former DNC fundraiser Lindy Li did. After spending years blasting Trump up, down and sideways on social media, Li has spent most of 2025 doing everything short of gluing a MAGA hat to her head. This has to stand as one of the most total and opportunistic political morphs in recent memory.
Li was exposed as a complete fraud when Tara Palmeri questioned the degree of access she had in the Biden White House and campaign, as well as her claims of being smeared by none other than former DNC chairman Jamie Harrison. But that wasn’t Lyin’ Lindy’s worst moment of the week. Nope, that came when she took to Twitter to whine about TikTok taking down a clip in which she openly endorsed the staggeringly racist Great Replacement Theory.
In case you missed it, during the first episode of “Her Take,” the podcast Li co-hosts with Ana Kasperian, Jillian Michaels, and Amy Dangerfield, Li claimed there was actually something to the claims that Democrats are deliberately trying to gin up their vote by flooding the country with immigrants. Similar clips are available on Facebook and on Instagram. It was on TikTok for a few hours this weekend—but TikTok deleted it. When Li found out about it, she melted down in true MAGA fashion.

Um, Lindy? Last time I checked, claiming that people are being “replaced” is racist by any definition. You simply can’t bear being held accountable.
Even without that to consider, it’s more than a little disconcerting to hear a woman who was born in China and came to this country at four rant about people being “replaced.” It’s really hard to believe that Li doesn’t know that Asians, especially Chinese, faced ghastly discrimination for years, culminating in a near-total ban on Chinese immigration from 1883 to 1943, and a ban on all other Asian immigration from 1924 to 1952. Li graduated from Princeton, so it’s especially hard to believe she doesn’t know.
The most benign interpretation I can think of is that Li has heard the attacks on whether her flip is real—and in the process, has joined a long list of POC and LGBT conservatives who have tried so hard to prove their bonafides that they have become caricatures.
But even though Li is beclowning herself, there’s nothing funny about the blatant racist yacht horn she blew on “Her Take.” Something is very wrong if calling a racist clip a racist clip amounts to censorship. Report those clips to Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, and report the “Her Take socials as well. Sounds like Li needs another dose of accountability after being fisked by Palmeri.
