Trump wants to free voting machine criminal Tina Peters [1]

The crime Tina Peters committed was giving a man close to Mike Lindell access to Mesa County, Colorado, voting machines to validate claims of fraud in the 2020 elections.
She got caught in the data-breach scheme and was convicted last year. Judge Matthew Barrett took her to task during her sentencing for being completely unrepentant and continues to still claimed voter fraud.
"I am convinced you would do it all over again if you could. You're as defiant as any defendant this court has ever seen," said Judge Barrett. "You are no hero. You abused your position and you're a charlatan."
She continued in public with repeating the claims and claiming she was doing a public service. "It's just more lies. No objective person believes them. No, at the end of the day, you cared about the jets, the podcasts, and people fawning over you," the judge added. Her actions caused Mesa County $1.4 million to fix.
Unlike the judge, Donald Trump does think she's a hero, like the J6 "hostages."
He couldn't be more stupid, as he continues to coddle criminals while persecuting the innocent that crossed or criticized him.
Trump's talking points are the same old, same old. The Colorado Attorney General is a criminal for persecuting this poor, innocent lady.
It is true that she is a Gold Star mother. Her son died in a parachuting accident in 2017. You can give her sympathy for that, but that doesn't justify anything.
"Tina is an innocent Political Prisoner being horribly and unjustly punished in the form of Cruel and Unusual Punishment."
He's pulling out all the stops. "Political Prisoner." Her criminal version of politics is what put her in the situation she's in. There is no white-washing possible. About the punishment. "Hard labor" these days means working in the laundry or kitchen or making prison manufactured goods. No more chain gangs laying down roads like in the Shawshank Redemption. So, nobody asks about "Cruel and Unusual Punishment" except when dealing with death sentences and the format.
"This is a Communist persecution by the Radical Left Democrats to cover up their Election Crimes and misdeeds in 2020."
Aw, c'mon, Donald. We've got you on tape several times admitting that you lost in 2020. I know you required all your DEI hires, Dumb-Egregious-Idiots, to tow the line that you won, but don't expect the rest of us to listen.

She's a granny, and a Gold Star mom, and that was taken into account at sentencing, but no remorse was, too.
"Colorado must end this unjust incarceration of an innocent American."
It was a jury trial, Donald. She wasn't innocent and you can't blame the judge. So she's 69. You'll be 83 leaving office, if you live that long, and we won't have any problem putting your ass in the hoosegow.
He wants the DOJ to "release this 'hostage' being held in a Colorado prison by Democrats, for political reasons."
I'll bet that if anybody checked, they'd find that most employees in the prison system are Republicans because they get schadenfreude joy in the incarceration of people with an added touch of cruelty.

Only one exclamation point. You're not really serious. The only one who can do anything is Gov. Jared Polis and she hasn't asked for clemency, yet.
Just to see how cruel and unusual her punishment is, here are two ladies and a guard, or visitor, at La Vista Correctional Facility in Pueblo, Colorado, where Tina Peters is staying. They just look so unhappy.

So, Donald, it's a state crime. The Department of Justice can do absolutely nothing. It they try to do something, it's trampling on state's rights. Get used to losing.
