MAGA Terrorist MTG threatens "Treason" for Judges who oppose Trump [1]

Yes, we know she’s psychotic, but this is some extra special crazy sauce.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) argued that judges who ruled against President Donald Trump were guilty of treason, a crime punishable by death. In a Monday interview on Real America's Voice, host Eric Bolling asked Greene why Republicans weren't impeaching "Democrat activist judges" after they prevented Trump from deporting migrants without due process. "I think that would also definitely be a good vote record for the American people to see," Greene opined. "I don't think Republicans would impeach these judges. I hope to be wrong, but I would like to hold that vote." "Let's be real honest, Eric," she continued, "these judges that are blocking the president's deportations, deportations of criminals, cartels, murderers, rapists, child abusers, drug dealers, and more that are illegal aliens and really do not deserve due process in the United States of America, you know, there used to be a time where we would call that treason, because that's exactly what it is." "A vote on impeachment for these judges is exactly what we should be doing, and that's another point on the list that people are upset that nothing is being done about these judges." According to Reuters, the families of at least 11 judges have faced death threats after rulings against the president.

As I’ve previously written, Trump attempts to detain, arrest and deport people without due process is a direct violation of 5th and 14th Amendments.

It’s not even a close call. The SCOTUS ruled 9-0 on this against Trump. The Amendments clearly state all PERSONS — not citizens persons — in the US are to be granted due process.

"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; [...] nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." 5th Amendment, US Constitution



All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. 14th Amendment, US Constitution

“All Persons” — not just citizens and not just people who are not criminals, not gangbangers and not terrorists.

All persons.

It takes a very unique person to deliberately misunderstand this in multiple places in the Constitution, and then to threaten those who are following these guidelines with the Death penalty via Treason — particularly when MAGAs are already threatening judges and their families with death threats.

According to Reuters, the families of at least 11 judges have faced death threats after rulings against the president.

The Justice system is not perfect. It is not infallible. In fact, it is deeply deeply flawed and any visit to a site like the Innocent Project can prove.

To date, we have helped free or exonerate more than 200 individuals, most of whom are from communities of color that tend to be more heavily policed, face persistent discrimination, experience poverty at higher rates, and are confronted with many more challenges in the criminal legal system. Altogether, these people have spent more than 3,600 years behind bars.

So when MTG says these are “criminals, cartels, murderers, rapists, child abusers, drug dealers, and more that are illegal aliens and really do not deserve due process in the United States of America” — how exactly does she know these are “criminals?”

Has that been determined in a court of law? Was it determined by a judge or jury?

We already know that 75% of those sent to the Death Camp in El Salvador had no criminal record in this country.

At least 22% of the men on the list have criminal records here in the United States or abroad. The vast majority are for non-violent offenses like theft, shoplifting and trespassing. About a dozen are accused of murder, rape, assault and kidnapping. For 3% of those deported, it is unclear whether a criminal record exists. But we could not find criminal records for 75% of the Venezuelans — 179 men — now sitting in prison. In response to our findings, a Department of Homeland Security spokeswoman said many of those without criminal records, quote "are actually terrorists, human rights abusers, gangsters, and more. They just don't have a rap sheet in the u.s."

But a recent report from the Washington Post indicates that it’s even worse than that.

"The Post examined immigration and court records, and conducted interviews with attorneys, friends and family members, to piece together information about more than 50 of the men believed to be imprisoned at the Terrorism Confinement Center, the megaprison often referred to by its Spanish acronym, CECOT. The review shows that despite the administration’s claims, many of the immigrants sent to El Salvador had entered the United States legally and were actively complying with U.S. immigration rules.

At least two of the men imprisoned in El Salvador had been approved by the State Department to resettle as refugees in the U.S. after extensive vetting by federal law enforcement authorities, documents show. At least four had protections against removal through temporary protected status, often called TPS, granted to those fleeing Venezuela’s humanitarian crisis, according to attorneys for the men or records shared with The Post. Others had been active members of Venezuela’s opposition and had open asylum claims.

Of the 50 men that WaPo researched, not only were they not “criminals” — many of them were in the U.S. Legally. Some had been approved for asylum and had protections against being removed, just like Abrego-Garcia. Some had pending asylum claims because they were opponents to the current regime. And Trump delivered them all to a brutal dictator on a silver platter.

On March 15, a day later than Rubio’s message anticipated, the U.S. sent more than 260 migrants, including 23 Salvadorans, to El Salvador. Many had no deportation orders. President Donald Trump invoked the wartime powers of the Alien Enemies Act against the Venezuela-based gang known as Tren de Aragua to remove over 100 of the migrants without giving them a chance to contest their removals. The first flights were over international waters when a federal judge in Washington ordered the Trump administration to turn them around. Instead, they flew to Honduras, where they waited on the tarmac for four hours. Bukele would not allow them to land in El Salvador until the international airport there was closed to commercial traffic for the night, around 10 p.m., according to a U.S. official and an airport administrator. Like others interviewed for this article, they spoke on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to publicly discuss internal matters. Rubio has said that the U.S. had to send the Venezuelans to El Salvador that day because their own country would not take back alleged gang members. But records reviewed by The Post show that two deportation flights to Venezuela were also scheduled to leave that weekend carrying dozens of alleged criminals, including at least one man Rubio has publicly accused of gang membership."

So basically, this is all bullshit. Just like the ridiculou bullshit claim that Abrego-Garcia has “MS13” tattoed on his knuckles. He doesn’t.

What tattoo artist say is that he has a Marijuana Life (Smoke Pot), a Happy Face (Get High), A Cross (Love God) and a Skull (Until I Die). Other people get those same tattoos in the same arrangement, and that’s what it means to them.

When MS-13 members get tattoos the say, in Old English Font, “M S 1 3.” They don’t play picture games, they spell it out directly.

Some of these men may be criminals, some may be gang members — but a significant portion of them are not. And even if they were, under the Constitution, they still should have received a hearing and deportation order before being removed from the country. That’s the law. That’s what our Constitution requires.

It’s a LIE that what these judges are doing is “Treason.” They’re upholding the rule of law. What Trump is doing is a betrayal of his oath to “Upholding the Constitution” and he recently claimed in an interview that he “doesn’t know” if he’s even required to do that.

He is.

Calling for a death penalty offense against these judges isn’t a dog whistle — its a bullhorn to the MAGA hordes to threaten, attack and terrorize these judges for their defiance of Trump.

When U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ruled in April that Trump administration officials could face criminal contempt charges for deporting migrants in defiance of a court order, the blowback was immediate. When Elon Musk shared an online post that mischaracterized the work of Judge Boasberg’s daughter, some of his followers responded on X with calls “to lock her up." The president’s supporters unleashed a wave of threats and menacing posts. And they didn’t just target the judge. Some attacked Boasberg’s brother. Others blasted his daughter. Some demanded the family’s arrest – or execution. U.S. District Judge John McConnell’s family endured similar threats after he ruled that President Donald Trump overstepped his authority in freezing grants for education and other services. Far-right provocateur Laura Loomer tweeted a photo of the judge’s daughter, who had worked at the U.S. Education Department as a policy advisor, and accused McConnell of protecting her paycheck. Billionaire Elon Musk amplified the post to his 219 million X followers. Neither mentioned the daughter had left her job before Trump’s inauguration.

Loomer continued her attacks with nine more posts in the ensuing days – and more than 600 calls and emails flooded McConnell’s Rhode Island courthouse, including death threats and menacing messages taunting his family, according to a court clerk and another person familiar with the communications. After U.S. District Judge James Boasberg ruled against the Trump administration, the president’s supporters responded with vitriol aimed not only at him, but also at his family. via U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Boasberg and McConnell are among at least 11 federal judges whose families have faced threats of violence or harassment after they ruled against the new Trump administration, a Reuters investigation found.

The broadsides are part of an intimidation campaign directed at federal judges who have stood in the way of Trump’s moves to dramatically expand presidential authority and slash the federal bureaucracy. As Trump and his allies call for judges to be impeached or attack them as “radical left” political foes, the families of judges are being singled out for harassment.

So that’s where we are now. Threatening Judges and their families.

And this isn’t hypothetical, it’s already happened before.

In 2020, the husband and son of Federal Justice Esther Salas were shot by a sexist lawyer disguised as a deliveryman who was apparently offended that she was a Latina, her son didn’t survive.

What these people are doing is Stochastic Terrorism.
