Trump and Fox News - they eat their young [1]

Who knows what Howie Kurtz did to offend the Mad King that he called for his head. He has a show on Fox called Media Buzz.
"It his time for Howie Kurtz to retire!"
Didn't waste any time in getting to it.
"Every Woke Anchor in the Business, people who no one watched from CNN, MSDNC, and others, are plastered all over his show..."
He takes a shot at MSNBC by calling them MSDNC, like they were an outlet for the Democratic Party, which he does on a regular basis.
What he's talking about is Kurtz plays clips of other news shows to critique or make a point. Usually, they're from other network or cable shows, but he also has them from other Fox programs. He played a series of them before he brought on Domenech, a MAGA supporter and Leslie Marshall, a liberal commentator. Because he shows those critical clips, they:
"... are plastered all over his show, with really negative and fake statements..."
That's to give his panel something to talk about. On Sunday, Trump was watching the show. He just doesn't like the format where people take shots at him, validly.
"... I am weakly defended by Howie and his group (although Ben Domenech has been strong!)"
The show opened with Kurtz reviewing Trump's ABC interview with Terry Moran, and Trump didn't like his own performance. Part was his plea that Abrego Garcia had to be a criminal from having the photoshopped knuckle tattoos.
"The case Howie makes for me is so pathetic that it would be a lot better if he didn't say anything at all."
He demands fealty from all on Fox News. If they don't defend him, who will? That's the problem Donald, you have become impossible to defend, even by Fox News.
"Anyway, that's the way it is!"
That was the week that was on Howie's show about Trump's bad performance and indefensible actions and words.
Some of the Fox clips were for Trump, but every other network was critical, as was rightly so.
But he wasn't through. He had to attack Karl Rove, who he has hated for a long time. Former George W. Bush's Deputy Chief of Staff.
He's so angry, he misses the space between Fox and News. Karl was on Sunday Night in America, and he discussed tariffs and the economy, as well as the border. Karl gave Trump a less than stellar review.
"The guy's a total Loser who's been wrong about almost everything!"
Projection, Donald. You've been such a loser in the first 100 days while claiming so much winning.
You know things are bad for Trump when he has to attack a Fox News show. Kurtz just calls it like it is, Fox style. But with Trump's dismal record, Fox hosts have little to work with. This is the first time I can remember him mentioning Kurtz at all.
Now we find out if Howie gets fired. If he does, you'll know why.
