Russian forces launched a series of drone strikes against Ukraine on the night of May 3 to 4.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russian forces launched 165 strike and decoy drones from Bryansk, Kursk, and Oryol cities; Millerovo, Rostov Oblast; Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Krasnodar Krai; and occupied Prymorsk, Zaporizhia Oblast. [76] The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Ukrainian forces downed 69 Shahed and other drones over eastern, northern, southern, and central Ukraine and that 80 decoy drones were "lost," likely due to Ukrainian electronic warfare (EW) interference. Ukrainian officials reported that Russian drones struck civilian infrastructure and commercial infrastructure in Kharkiv, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Kyiv oblasts. [77]
